Dr. Ashley D. Ridley, is a distinguished holistic health pharmacist, community engagement strategist, and health equity advocate.

With over 14 years of experience, Dr. Ridley has dedicated her career to serving communities through her work in community pharmacies, volunteer organizations for Black women, and various city and county boards.

As a certified trainer for health equity she educates and strategizes with healthcare professionals and community leaders to improve access to care and address social determinants of health in Palm Beach County.

Dr. Ridley is a passionate advocate for facilitating positive changes in the Black community, aiming to reduce healthcare costs, decrease the prevalence of chronic health conditions, and promote disease prevention. Believing in the power of self-healing, Dr. Ridley empowers her community to regain control over their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health by fighting against systems that promote damaging habits within the Black community. She is now dedicated to creating strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, city, county and state leadership to remove barriers that hinder the advancement of health equity.
