TCC is deeply rooted in the community and takes pride in helping every individual no matter the struggles they may be facing. Whether you are struggling financially, experiencing domestic violence, or battling an addiction or mental health, TCC is here to serve you.

Rae Whitely
FOUNDING PASTOR / PRESIDENT
Pastor Rae Whitely is the Founder of Trinity Counseling Center. Migrating from Jamaica, he is a first-generation American. Pastor Rae dutifully serves on various religious and community advisory boards. He has a strong desire to bring sustainable change to the lives of “the least among us”; helping to ignite the inner potential that lies within them throughout the community.
Currently, Rae humbly serves on multiple groups. These groups are as follows:

- Faith in Florida
- Boynton Beach Coalition of Clergy
- UNIFY Palm Beach County
- Palm Beach Clergy Alliance

His mission is simple, clear, and ordained by God: Be a “kingdom influencer” wherever the Lord leads. He humbly continues to share his faith intentionally amongst the community. Rae is married to Bethan, together they are the proud parents of 8 children and 14 grandchildren.


Sheila Joe-Gaines
Executive Director
Sheila Joe-Gaines has worked in the “people” business for over 20 years. Sheila’s strong desire for assisting in the Project Management process derives from the sense of reward she feels when serving others. She believes in hard work and dedication while delivering precise and ethical services to each client. She focuses on the implementation of upgrading from a heavily paper-driven process to providing tools and resources to the desktop and mobile devices of the employees and managers. She launched a Human Resources Department for six private sector companies as a Human Resources department of one.
Sheila has a passion for Mental Health. Sheila’s main focus is to provide the resources to everyone in need; whatever the resources may be. Mental Health is a passion for Sheila, and she aims to provide affordable mental health and substance abuse services for all. She strives to humbly serve her community to build the community from within.
Sheila is a member of Unify Palm Beach County and the national chapter of The Society for Human Resources Management.

Our History
Trinity Counseling Center of Florida, Inc. is a strong evidence based program that provides multiple resources to underserved communities. The mission of Trinity Counseling Center is to provide timely, and effective behavioral/mental health services that allow individuals to improve their mental well-being and therefore meet their personal, emotional and physiological goals.
Our experience and partnerships enable us to offer effective individualized outpatient mental health care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. Ultimately, we provide mental health care to underserved communities.
